Any noise complaints or unauthorized guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. We strictly adhere to the NSW Code of Conduct for Short-Term Rental Accommodation. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS The house sleeps a maximum of 8 guests. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Double Bed Living Room: Double Sofa Bed (Linen provided upon request) PARKING You have use of the long private driveway which fits up to 4 cars comfortably. There is also unlimited free street parking available. RUBBISH BINS For stays longer than 5 days, we may ask you to kindly put the red/yellow bins out on the kerb for collection. We will send you a reminder message if this is needed during your stay. Trampoline Safety Rule: Children using the trampoline must be supervised by an adult at all times. For safety, please remove shoes before jumping and limit use to one child at a time to prevent collisions. Guests use play equipment at their own risk. OUTDOOR AREA Being a house with a large garden, you may see the occasional insect or local wildlife. We professionally treat the property for pests regularly, but please keep screen doors closed to keep the critters outside!
